Their technician was knowledgeable and fixed the problem no trouble. Their admin assistant took payment over the phone right after they came. Highly recommend using them over some other sketchy competitors in the area.

In the process of selling our house the inspection turned up the need for a dry well and some repairs to the septic system. I called 3 different companies that all came in around the same price, however I chose County Line because of their professionalism and promptness in responding to the request for quote. Each time I called the company to ask a question or schedule the work, the office staff were very friendly, passed on information to the owners and the owners called me back very quickly. When they came into the house to run the plumbing for the dry well, they were very courteous and did their best to be quiet as they were working near my home office. They got the job done quickly, put down grass seed and straw to repair the lawn and even used a blower on the driveway, leaving it cleaner than when they showed up. I'd recommend County Line for any of our septic needs.

I reached out to County Line Septic with some questions about the maintenance of my septic system. I spoke with Mike Norcross, one of the owners directly. He took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly . The day of the service they were very professional. They arrived within the time window we scheduled and got right to work. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and took care while moving around my yard. My husband and I were both very happy with our service. We will definitely be using them again in the future and have passed their name onto some of our neighbors. Both owners, Mike and Chris, have years of experience in septic and waste services which was evident through our experience.

Very professional, courteous, prompt, extremely well priced. Mike came out for an assessment because I had gray water seeping out in the yard. He waived the fee for that when I scheduled the repairs. He came back the next week and did the repairs for 1/2 of what he originally quoted. I highly recommend County Line Septic. The repairs done will hopefully buy me a few years until I can swing replacing the 40 year old system eventually. I will definitely be calling County Line when that time comes.
